 The Purdue University Airport has deployed an LTE and 5G private wireless network with the help of Ericsson and Saab. The airport is the second busiest in Indiana, and is being run as part of Purdue’s Discovery Park District, which is run by the Purdue Research Foundation. The airport will help airline and airport operations run more smoothly. The network runs on CBRS GAA spectrum with fiber for backhaul.
