In an exciting development for educational technology, InfiniG has successfully implemented its Mobile Coverage as a Service (MCaaS) solution at Parkside Elementary School in Murray, Utah. This project, supported by industry giants AT&T, Intel, and T-Mobile, running on the Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) band, marks a significant step towards bridging the digital divide in education.
The heart of this initiative lies in the installation of a comprehensive mobile network within the school premises. This turnkey solution ensures that everyone – from students and teachers to parents and emergency responders – can now use their mobile devices seamlessly inside the building. The new system not only facilitates day-to-day communication but also dramatically improves safety protocols by enabling instant access to emergency services.
InfiniG’s solution goes beyond just providing mobile coverage. In collaboration with Intel, the project has equipped students and staff with state-of-the-art laptops and tablets. These devices, powered by Intel’s advanced technology, open up new possibilities for multi-language education through AI-driven translation tools. To ensure data privacy and security, all applications and information are stored locally on a private network.
The success at Parkside Elementary serves as an inspiring blueprint for similar projects across various sectors, including higher education, healthcare, and industrial automation. It showcases the immense potential of private network applications in driving digital transformation and enhancing learning experiences.
Perhaps one of the most impressive aspects of this project is its rapid implementation. The entire network was set up in just four weeks, demonstrating the efficiency and practicality of InfiniG’s technology. This swift deployment is particularly crucial in addressing the immediate needs of schools and communities.
