Auto factory

Vertical: Automobile Manufacturing

Application: Parking cars

Ecosystem: Ericsson, Unikie

Private Network: 5G

Ericsson has installed a 5G Stand Alone private network at a test facility in Turku, Finland, with software development company Unikie installing their proprietary software for autonomous operations to enable factory parking and valet parking. Currently completed automobiles in a factory are driven to a parking lot before leaving the factory grounds for delivery.
